About Me
Omar Zaki began Parkour & Freerunning in 2010 and since then has been featured in GMU's Broadside, University Primetime, Modern Reston and the Washington Post as well as dozens of viral videos and commercials online. He has done live performances for health and fitness expos, halftime shows, fundraising events, festivals, and more. In addition, he has also choreographed many action sequences for stage and new media projects including parkour performances, and intense chase scenes.
In 2014, he furthered his achievements by becoming one of 18 athletes in the world to be sponsored by the WFPF (World Freerunning and Parkour Federation). He has competed in Parkour competitions in Washington D.C, Las Vegas, and Santorini, Greece.
In 2016, Omar made the move to Los Angeles and almost immediately booked a role as ‘Aramis’ the Musketeer in the live-action stunt show, ‘All For One’ performing at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. Following that, Omar booked the role of ‘Iron Fist’ in the new installment of the touring stunt show, Marvel Universe LIVE! Age of Heroes.
In 2018, after concluding his 13 month contract with Marvel Universe Live, Omar moved back to Los Angeles where he is currently living. He recently starred as the Lead Parkour athlete in Disturbed’s new single, “Are You Ready”. His current ambitions are to further his career in stunts and acting on screen.
